Medical Director & Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Hill is a renowned plastic surgeon and the Medical Director of Fulcrum Aesthetics. With a deep commitment to combining the art of beauty with the science of medicine, Dr. Hill has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, natural-looking results. His journey into aesthetic surgery is marked by an impressive educational background, including dual residencies in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery, a testament to his dedication to mastering his craft.
Dr. Hill’s approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for patient care. He is known for his ability to blend technical precision with an artistic eye, ensuring that every patient’s unique beauty is enhanced in a way that looks both stunning and natural. Beyond his work in the operating room, Dr. Hill is also an innovator in the field, holding a patent for a unique surgical instrument and frequently sought after for his insights on operative efficiency and improved outcomes. When he’s not transforming lives through his surgical expertise, Dr. Hill enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittony, and their children, exploring the vibrant culture of Chicago, and indulging his love for the arts and film.
Brittony Croasdell MS, FNP-BC, APRN, CANS
Nurse Practitioner & Co-Owner
Meet Brittony, a driving force in Aesthetic Medicine and co-owner of Fulcrum Aesthetics. With a Master’s in Nursing from DePaul University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, Brittony is renowned internationally for her expertise and innovation in the field. She’s a Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner, a published author, and a respected educator, with board certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Brittony’s commitment to advancing aesthetic medicine is evident in her roles as a former Adjunct Professor at DePaul University and a Clinical Preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students. As a leading international trainer for Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), she shares her skills and knowledge with medical providers worldwide through her private training academy, CRUX. Brittony’s expertise in complication management has earned her a place on the board of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC), a global consortium focused on best practices in aesthetics. Outside of her professional life, Brittony is a passionate animal lover, a dedicated board member for PAWS in Chicago, and enjoys traveling the world with her husband, David, and their children. In her free time, she’s also nurturing her talents as an aspiring guitarist.
Lisa Hurley, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner & Wellness Specialist
Meet Lisa! With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Lisa has made a name for herself as a skilled and compassionate provider. Her journey began in emergency medicine, where she excelled in high-pressure situations. Over the years, she gained invaluable experience in urgent care, hospitalist care, and rheumatology, even serving as a Medical Director for a hospitalist program. A lifelong learner, Lisa is currently expanding her expertise in functional medicine, including hormone replacement therapy and medically assisted weight loss. Passionate about health and wellness, especially women's health, Lisa is thrilled to be joining Fulcrum and spearheading our wellness division. Beyond her work, Lisa is an animal lover with a passion for dog sledding, kayaking, and all things water-related.

Before transitioning into aesthetics, Jessica built a strong foundation in the high-acuity settings of critical care and urgent care and also served as a clinical instructor for nursing students, mentoring the next generation of nurses. Her experiences during the pandemic deepened her commitment to a field where she can make a positive impact on both appearance and well-being. At Fulcrum Aesthetics and Surgery, Jessica takes a personalized approach to care, offering thoughtful consultations, customized treatment plans, and precise aesthetic procedures designed to achieve natural, balanced results. Jezmine Mizyed is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than five years of experience in advanced injectable treatments. With a sharp eye for artistry and balance, she is best known for her expertise in full facial harmonization, TMJ relief, and migraine therapy. Jezmine's passion lies in delivering results that are not only beautiful but also natural and timeless - the kind of enhancements that elevate confidence without ever looking "done". Her goal with every patient is simple: to blend science and artistry in a way that unlocks each individual's best version of themselves.

Starting her career in Neonatal Intensive Care, Danielle discovered her love for aesthetic nursing while living in Nashville. She takes a multifaceted approach to skincare and aesthetic treatments, ensuring her patients feel safe and informed in their decisions. A mental health advocate and retired member of Bachelor Nation, Danielle is excited to bring her warmth and expertise to Chicago and looks forward to meeting you!

Parker brings extensive experience in operations management to Fulcrum Aesthetics, where he has been instrumental in creating efficiencies and enhancing the patient experience. With a background in managing a Chicago-based salon and spa, Parker’s passion for medical aesthetics drives his commitment to ensuring every patient receives a premium experience. With over six years of experience in customer service, Brooke currently serves as a dedicated Patient Concierge in the aesthetics field, specializing in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient. Her journey in aesthetics began in Richmond, VA, and has been fueled by a deep passion for medical-grade skincare and a genuine desire to help patients find the most effective treatments for their individual concerns. Originally from Louisiana, Brooke brings Southern warmth and hospitality into every interaction. She takes pride in staying informed about the latest skincare innovations and treatment options to better support patients on their aesthetic journey. Eenas Ahmed, CNA, CMA
Medical Assistant
Eenas is a certified Nurse Assistant and certified Medical Assistant with a Bachelor of Science degree and over 13 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetic aesthetics, and skincare. Her passion lies in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals feel confident in their skin. She currently has the privilege of working alongside Dr. Hill, consulting with new patients seeking cosmetic surgical procedures. Eenas takes pride in guiding patients through the pre- and post-surgical process—providing clear information, answering questions, and ensuring patients feel informed and at ease every step of the way.
Born and raised in Illinois, Eenas has a strong interest in psychology, research, and women’s health. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her large, close-knit family—as the youngest of nine siblings, there is always something happening.
