Medical Director & Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Hill is a renowned plastic surgeon and the Medical Director of Fulcrum Aesthetics. With a deep commitment to combining the art of beauty with the science of medicine, Dr. Hill has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, natural-looking results. His journey into aesthetic surgery is marked by an impressive educational background, including dual residencies in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery, a testament to his dedication to mastering his craft.
Dr. Hill’s approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for patient care. He is known for his ability to blend technical precision with an artistic eye, ensuring that every patient’s unique beauty is enhanced in a way that looks both stunning and natural. Beyond his work in the operating room, Dr. Hill is also an innovator in the field, holding a patent for a unique surgical instrument and frequently sought after for his insights on operative efficiency and improved outcomes. Brittony Croasdell MS, FNP-BC, APRN, CANS
Nurse Practitioner & Co-Owner
Meet Brittony, a driving force in Aesthetic Medicine and co-owner of Fulcrum Aesthetics. With a Master’s in Nursing from DePaul University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, Brittony is renowned internationally for her expertise and innovation in the field. She’s a Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner, a published author, and a respected educator, with board certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Brittony’s commitment to advancing aesthetic medicine is evident in her roles as a former Adjunct Professor at DePaul University and a Clinical Preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students. As a leading international trainer for Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), she shares her skills and knowledge with medical providers worldwide through her private training academy, CRUX. Brittony’s expertise in complication management has earned her a place on the board of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC), a global consortium focused on best practices in aesthetics. Outside of her professional life, Brittony is a passionate animal lover, a dedicated board member for PAWS in Chicago, and enjoys traveling the world with her husband, David, and their children. In her free time, she’s also nurturing her talents as an aspiring guitarist.
Lisa Hurley, MSN, FNP-BC, MSCP
Nurse Practitioner & Certified Menopause Practitioner
Lisa Hurley, MSN, FNP-BC, MSCP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a Certified Menopause Practitioner (MSCP) through The Menopause Society. She specializes in helping patients navigate the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on understanding symptoms and supporting long-term health during midlife.
Her clinical work includes hormone therapy, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and medical weight management, including the use of GLP-1 medications when appropriate. Lisa works closely with patients to address concerns such as hormonal weight changes, fatigue, inflammation, and metabolic shifts through individualized, evidence-based care.
Lisa’s background in emergency medicine and rheumatology informs a comprehensive, systems-based approach, allowing her to thoughtfully address complex symptoms and chronic conditions that often intersect with hormonal change. She prioritizes clear education and collaborative care so patients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make about their health.
Outside the clinic, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors—often kayaking and finding time in nature.
Jessica Cadet, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC

Before transitioning into aesthetics, Jessica built a strong foundation in the high-acuity settings of critical care and urgent care and also served as a clinical instructor for nursing students, mentoring the next generation of nurses. Her experiences during the pandemic deepened her commitment to a field where she can make a positive impact on both appearance and well-being. At Fulcrum Aesthetics and Surgery, Jessica takes a personalized approach to care, offering thoughtful consultations, customized treatment plans, and precise aesthetic procedures designed to achieve natural, balanced results. Starting her career in Neonatal Intensive Care, Danielle discovered her love for aesthetic nursing while living in Nashville. She takes a multifaceted approach to skincare and aesthetic treatments, ensuring her patients feel safe and informed in their decisions. A mental health advocate and retired member of Bachelor Nation, Danielle is excited to bring her warmth and expertise to Chicago and looks forward to meeting you!

With many years of experience in hospitality and a background as a licensed esthetician, he brings a calm, reassuring presence to his role as Patient Relations and Hospitality Coordinator. Often the first warm smile patients encounter, he takes pride in creating a welcoming, seamless experience.
Mark Hurley
Director of Operations and Growth
Mark brings a unique background in process safety engineering, where he specialized in risk assessment, operational efficiency, and optimizing complex systems to uphold the highest standards of safety and performance. His experience managing logistics and technical projects for global clients has given him a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless, high-quality experiences.
In his role, Mark applies that expertise to operations management and process improvement, ensuring our day-to-day workflows run efficiently so our team can deliver an exceptional experience for every patient. His thoughtful, solutions-driven approach helps create an environment where clinical excellence and outstanding service go hand in hand.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys staying active by going to the gym with his wife and spending quality time at home with their cat, Mittens.
Erin Parks, MBA
Director of Brand Development and Education
Erin brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare, with a background spanning ophthalmology and medical aesthetics. Her career has evolved across clinical operations, practice development, consulting, marketing, and education, giving her a unique perspective on both the patient experience and the business of medicine. She holds an MBA in Project Management and is passionate about building thoughtful, patient-centered experiences through strategic brand development, education, and innovation.
In her role, Erin leads the marketing strategy, brand development, patient education, and provider education initiatives. She collaborates closely with physicians, providers, and industry partners to create meaningful experiences that elevate the Fulcrum brand while advancing clinical excellence, fostering professional growth, and bringing Fulcrum’s philosophy of Beauty in Balance to life.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys making the most of everything Chicago has to offer—from cheering on the Cubs and Blackhawks to attending live music shows, staying active, and exploring the city's vibrant restaurant and bar scene.
Mia Constantino, MBA
Front of House Manager
Mia brings over 15 years of experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, and reconstructive medicine, with a background spanning both founder-led practices and large corporate healthcare clinics. Throughout her career, she has specialized in supporting and scaling medical aesthetics practices through operational leadership, workflow development, systems implementation, and SOP creation designed to elevate both the patient and provider experience.
Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Mia has worked alongside leading surgeons and aesthetic providers to build streamlined, patient-centered clinical operations in fast-paced environments.
Her international background includes work and travel experience across Paris, London, Nairobi, Athens, and Madrid. Mia is fluent in French, Spanish, Greek, and English.
Outside of the office, Mia enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, HIIT training, resistance training, and spending time with her two children and Yorkie.
